Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25/06/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19/09/2025, I, WUN KIT RUDY TJIA, 27 Dunster Drive London NW9 8EG, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of TJIA WUN KIT RUDY RAHARDJA and assumed the name of WUN KIT RUDY TJIA.
