Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 23/06/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19/09/2025, I, Serena Pankhania Shah, Flat 7 Coachworks Lodge 1b Whitefriars Drive Harrow HA3 5HJ, Married/Civil Partnership, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Serena Dhiru Pankhania and assumed the name of Serena Pankhania Shah.
