Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19/05/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19/09/2025, I, Thomas James Crowhurst, 39 Streatfield Road Rocks Park Estate Uckfield TN22 2BG, Single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Thomas James Potts and assumed the name of Thomas James Crowhurst.
