Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 21/02/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18/09/2025, I, Kim Whitworth, 10 Tannet Green Bradford BD5 8QQ, Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Kim Moxham and assumed the name of Kim Whitworth.
