Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 06/12/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17/09/2025, I, Sabrina Kolubo Clarke, 61 Lyme Farm Road London SE12 8JQ, Divorced/Civil Partnership Dissolved, and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Sabrina Krubah Clarke-Okwubanego and assumed the name of Sabrina Kolubo Clarke.
