Notice is hereby given that on 25th September 2025 London Borough of Havering Council, in pursuance of its powers under section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990, as amended, has determined to amend the boundary of Romford Conservation Area, Rainham Conservation Area, and Gidea Park Conservation Area. This notice is given under section 70 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

The new Conservation Area boundaries are available to view in the associated Conservation Area Appraisals and Management Plans (2025) at www.havering.gov.uk/planning-3/heritage/2.
