TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (CHARGED-FOR PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO.36) ORDER 2025
THE HAMMERSMITH AND FULHAM (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.36) ORDER 2025
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham will make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by sections 6, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of, and Part IV of Schedule 9 to, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
2. The general effect of the above-mentioned Order which comes into operation on the 8th October 2025 will be to:
1. Benbow road – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
2. De Morgan Road – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
3. Kilkie Street – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
4. Loftus Road – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
5. Moore Park Road – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
6. Netherwood Road – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
7. Pearscroft Road – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
8. Racton Road – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
9. Redan Street – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
10. Tunis Road – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
11. Tynemouth Street – Installation of Cyle hanger bay
12. Gliddon Road – relocation and Installation of Cyle hanger bay
3. A copy of the Orders, the Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.
4. If any person wishes to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Orders are made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
