and in the matter of the Isle of Man Companies Acts 1931-2004 (as applied by section 182 of the Companies Act 2006) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Rule 83 of the Companies (Winding Up) Rules 1934, that the creditors of the Company who have not yet proved, are required on or before 15 October 2025 being the day fixed for that purpose by the undersigned Joint Liquidator of the Company, to send their names and addresses and particulars of their debt or claim to the Joint Liquidator of UCP Plc, c/o Leonard Curtis C.I. Limited, First Floor Office Suite, Douglas Chambers, North Quay, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 4LA and, if so required, by notice in writing by the said Joint Liquidator, to prove their said debt or claim at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
