A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at 165 The Ride, Enfield, England, EN3 7EE, presented on 29 August 2025, by HANSON QUARRY PRODUCTS EUROPE LIMITED T/A HEIDELBERG MATERIALS of The Ridge, Chipping Sodbury, Bristol, BS37 6WD, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at Royal Courts of Justice, Insolvency & Companies Court, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 15 October 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 14 October 2025.
