Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 30/08/2024 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 17/09/2025 as person having parental responsibility on behalf of ARTHUR AURELIUS KACZMAREK-GRIFFITHS, who is a child, single, and a British Citizen, under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of ARTHUR AURELIUS KACZMAREK and assumed the name of ARTHUR AURELIUS KACZMAREK-GRIFFITHS.
