Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Millemont Investments LLP transferred 100% of its interest in Millemont 4 Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP023049 (the “Partnership”) to Millemont Investments 4 LLP, including 100% of its capital contribution, and as a result of such transfer, Millemont Investments 4 LLP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Millemont Investments LLP ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
