THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 2025

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce Electric Vehicle bays in the following locations;

| Abersham Road | On the West side, from a point of 5.1m of the building line of 2 of Abersham Road. North for a distance of 6m, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing shared use bay. |
| Anton Street | 5.7m away North East direction from the edge of house line 10 & 11 of Anton Street. Install a new 5.0m electric vehicle charging bay in the North East direction replacing a permit bay. |
| Arcola Street | On the South side, from a point of 17.1m of the Eastern kerbline of Dunn Street. Eastwards for a distance of 6.5m, install a new Electric Vehicle Charging Bay replacing a cashless shared use bay. |
| Ardleigh Road | 5.9m away North direction from edge of building line of house number 8 & 10 Ardleigh Road. Install a new 5.0m electric vehicle charging bay in the North direction replacing a resident permit bay. |
| Ardleigh Road | 12.4m away South direction from edge of building line of house number 35 & 37 Ardleigh Road. Install a new 6.0m electric vehicle charging bay in the South direction replacing a resident permit bay. |
| Barbauld Road | 1.1m away West direction from existing building line of house number 28 & 30 Barbauld Road. Install a new 6.0m electric vehicle charging bay in the West direction replacing a resident permit bay. |

| Dumont Road | On the North side, from a point of 2.0m of the building line of 64 & 66 Dumont Road. Westwards for a distance of 6.0m, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Dunloe Street | 28.8m away east direction from the edge of kerbline of Queensbridge Road. Install a new 6m electric vehicle charging bay in the East direction replacing a permit bay. |
| Dunston Road | 26.2m away West direction from kerb line of Haggerston Road. Install new 6.0m electric vehicle charging bay in West direction replacing a permit bay. |

| Kenmure Road | 5.9m away South West direction from building line of 1 & 3 Kenmure Road. Install a new 7.3m electric vehicle charging bay in the South West direction replacing a cashless shared use bay. |
| Lawrence Buildings | On the East side, from a point of 5.4m of the building line of 64 & 65 Lawrence Buildings. Northwards for a distance of 6.0m, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a cashless shared use bay. |
| Leswin Road | On the East side, from a point of 6.2m of the kerb line of Tyssen Road. Northwards for a distance of 5.7m, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Listria Park | On the West side, from a point 3.2m of the building line of 51 & 53 Listria Park. Northwards for a distance of 6.0m, install a new Electric Vehicle Charging Bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Nile Street | 30.2m away east direction from the Eastern kerb line of Sheperdess Walk. Install a new 6m electric vehicle charging bay in the East direction replacing a permit bay. |
| Pownall Road | On the South side, from a point 22.5m opposite of the kerb line of Broughman Road. Westwards for a distance of 5.5m, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Prince George Road | On the South side, from a point of 4.5m of the existing building line of 53 & 55 Prince George Road. Westwards for a distance of 5.5m, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Prince George Road | On the South side, from a point of 4.8m of the existing building line of 75 & 77 Prince George Road. Westwards for a distance of 6.2m, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Princess May Road | On the North side, from a point of 4.7m of the building line of 56 & 58 Princess May Road. Eastwards for a distance of 6.0m, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |
| Provost Street | 9.7m away South direction of the existing building line of Graphite Apartments. Install a new 5.6m electric vehicle charging bay, on the opposite side in the South direction replacing a permit bay. |
| Southwold Road | 7.4m away West direction from kerbline of Radley Square. Install new 5.5m electric vehicle charging bay in West direction replacing a permit bay. |
| Spurstowe Road | 2.2m away North direction from the edge of building line of 22 Spurstowe Road. Install a new 5.7m electric vehicle charging bay in the North direction replacing a permit bay. |

| Woodmill Road | Opposite side of the road, 28.6m away South East direction from existing building line of 1 & 16 of Almond Court. Install a new 5.9m electric vehicle charging bay in the East direction replacing a permit bay. |
| Yoakley Road | On the West side, from a point 4.5m opposite of the building line of 48 & 50 Yoakley Road. North Westwards for a distance of 6.0m, install a new electric vehicle charging bay replacing a permit bay. |

Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.
4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk within 28 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
