A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Unit 5, Archadale Business Centre, Brember Road, Harrow, HA2 8DJ, was presented on 31 July 2025 by SUNMOON CHEMICALS PVT LIMITED, of Killa Pardi – 396125, Dist. Valsad, Gujarat, India, claiming to be a creditor of the Company. By the order of District Judge Bond dated 9 September 2025, Smartway Pharmaceuticals Limited of The Old Mill, 9 Soar Lane, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE3 5DE, which also claims to be a Creditor of the Company, was substituted for Sunmoon Chemicals Pvt Limited as Petitioner. The Petition was formally amended to reflect this substitution on 16 September 2025, and will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Fourth Floor, West Gate, 6 Grace Street, Leeds, LS1 2RP on 28 October 2025 at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or to their Solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16:00 hours on 27 October 2025.
