Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that as of 26 September 2025, Bridgepoint Advisers Holdings (the "Transferor") has transferred £369.68 of its capital contribution as a limited partner in BG II 'B' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP021840, to BG II GP LLP, an English limited liability partnership, with registration number OC437465 and its principal place of business at 5 Marble Arch, London, United Kingdom, W1H 7EJ, a general partner in the Partnership. Consequently, on that date, the Transferor held a remaining capital contribution of £130.32 as a limited partner in the Partnership.
