A petition to wind up the above named company having its registered office at Unit 6, 1st Floor, 26-28 Standard Road, London, NW10 6EU, presented on 2 September 2025, by MODERN PAPER LIMITED of 1 Turpin Lane, Erith, Kent, DA8 2AT, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency and Companies (ChD), 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 15 October 2025, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petition or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 4 pm on 14 October 2025.
