Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Valinvest Limited transferred 100% of its interest in EQT VII (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016389 (the “Partnership”), to Margaret Agnelli. As a result of such transfer, Margaret Agnelli was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Valinvest Limited ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
