Notice is hereby given by all the partners of the Partnership (being FMR Rhode Island LLC (f/k/a FMR Rhode Island, Inc as general partner of the Partnership and Horizon Real Estate Investors LLC as the sole limited partner of the Partnership) that the Partnership has ceased to carry on business and has been terminated with effect from 30 September 2025. It is intended that the Partnership shall shortly be wound up and its remaining assets will be distributed as soon as possible.
