Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, effective as of 30 September 2025, La Collective de Prevoyance - COPRE (the "Transferor") transferred the whole of its interest in Livingbridge Enterprise 2 LP, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP016854 (the "Partnership"), including its capital contribution of £250 to FS Mid Market Private Equity SCS (the "Transferee").

Accordingly, with effect from 30 September 2025, the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of the Transferor.
