Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2025, Storebrand International Private Equity 16 Limited (the "Transferor") transferred the whole of its interest in the Partnership to Storebrand Alternatives GP Sarl for the account of Storebrand Alternatives SCSp SICAV-RAIF – Cubera Continuation Fund II (the "Transferee").

As a result of the above transfer, with effect from 30 September 2025, the Transferee was admitted to the Partnership as a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
