Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Lexington Private Equity 23, L.P. transferred 10% of its interest in BC European Capital IX-8 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014064 (the “Partnership”), to (i) Ares Landmark Private Markets Fund-D, LLC, (ii) AIS Acquisition Fund – PE IV LLC, (iii) Ivy Hill Equity II LLC and (iv) ASIF Equity II LLC and as a result of such transfers, (i) Ares Landmark Private Markets Fund-D, LLC, (ii) AIS Acquisition Fund – PE IV LLC, (iii) Ivy Hill Equity II LLC and (iv) ASIF Equity II LLC were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
