Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 30 September 2025, FLC Co-Investment Fund V transferred 7.25% of their interest in Kryptona Co-Investment LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP023768 (the “Partnership”), to FLC-NW Co-Investment Fund V.

 Please note that, as a result of such transfer, no limited partners were admitted to or ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
