Notice is hereby given that the following Resolutions were passed on 30 September 2025, as a Special Resolution and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, under section 84(1)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 and that Mark Smith (IP No. 28790) and Stephen Robert Cork (IP No. 8627) both of Cork Gully LLP, 40 Villiers Street, London, WC2N 6NJ and licensed insolvency practitioners (as defined in Section 338 of the Insolvency Act 1986), be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of winding up the Company’s affairs and distributing its assets and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately (“the Joint Liquidators”).”
