CBPE CAPITAL FUND IX B LP

Pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that with effect from 30 September 2025, Golding Buyout Europe 2011 SICAV-FIS (the “Transferor”) has transferred all of its interests held by it in CBPE Capital Fund IX B LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP016542 to Northleaf Capital Partners GP II Ltd. (the “Transferee”) and with effect from such date the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
