Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, as of 30 September 2025, GPE III, LP (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe III 'A' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP010314, to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC, which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
