Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, as of 30 September 2025, Valinco Investments Limited (the "Transferor") transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe IV 'E' L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012526, to Amberbrook IX LP, which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
