“That the Company be wound-up voluntarily and that Philip Ballard (IP No. 20452) of Ballard Business Recovery Limited, 2nd Floor, 39 Bore Street, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 6LZ be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, and that the Liquidator be hereby authorised under the provision of Section 165 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) (“the Act”) to exercise the powers laid down in schedule 4, part I of the Act.”
