A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate Vision Offices, Saxon House, 27 Duke Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM1 1HT and whose last known trading address is 1st Floor, 59 New Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1NE presented on 1 September 2025 by Stark Building Materials UK Limited of Binley Business Park, Merchant House, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TT claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 22 October 2025 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
