Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that Ohio Public Employees Retirement System assigned a partial interest in Montagu V East Town Co-Invest L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP016694 (the “Partnership”), to:

• AXA IM Prime for the account of FCPR AXA IM Prime Galaxy

• Axa IM Prime for the account of AXA Avenir Entrepreneurs

• AXA Fund Platform Private Equity S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF - Vintage 2025

As a consequence of such transfers, AXA IM Prime for the account of FCPR AXA IM Prime Galaxy, Axa IM Prime for the account of AXA Avenir Entrepreneurs and AXA Fund Platform Private Equity S.C.A., SICAV-RAIF - Vintage 2025 were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership.
