Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that effective on 30 September 2025, Hermes GPE Environmental Innovation Fund LP (the “Departing Limited Partner”) transferred to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC (the “New Limited Partner”) all of its interest held in Environmental Technologies Fund 2 L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in the England and Wales with number LP015705 and that with effect from 30 September 2025, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
