Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that with effect from 30 September 2025, Ardian Primary VII L.P. (the “Transferor”) has transferred its interest in the Partnership, represented by a capital contribution of €100, to SP Astor Acquisitions L.P. (the “Transferee”) and with effect from such date the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the Transferee became a limited partner in the Partnership.
