"That Helen Whitehouse and Simon Thomas Barriball of McAlister & Co Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 10 St Helen`s Road, Swansea, SA1 4AW be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up of the company and that they be authorised to act jointly and separately".

Creditors confirmation: The appointment of Helen Whitehouse and Simon Thomas Barriball as Joint Liquidators was confirmed by a deemed consent process which was completed on 13 October 2025.
