QUEEN’S CRESCENT AREA PUBLIC REALM IMPROVEMENTS – REVISION TO PROPOSALS

THE CAMDEN (PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Camden ('the Council') propose to make the above Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general nature and effect of the Order, in revision to the ‘Queen’s Crescent area public realm improvements’ proposals advertised by public notice dated 08 May 2025, would be: -

(a) to revise the proposed hours of operation of the paid-for parking places on the north-east side of QUEEN’S CRESCENT outside: (i) No. 110 Malden Road and Nos. 131-137 Queen’s Crescent, (ii) Nos. 139-141 Queen’s Crescent, and (iii) Nos. 167-169 Queen’s Crescent to: ‘no waiting and no loading - Thursday and Saturday 7 am – 6 pm, paid-for parking (pay by phone) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at any time, Thursday and Saturday Midnight - 7 am, 6 pm – midnight’; and

(b) to revise the proposed hours of operation of the disabled persons badge holders parking place on the north-east side of QUEEN’S CRESCENT outside Nos. 149-151 Queen’s Crescent to: ‘no waiting and no loading - Thursday and Saturday 7 am – 6 pm, disabled persons badge holders only Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at any time, and Thursday and Saturday midnight - 7am, 6pm – midnight’.

3. Copies of plans indicating the revised proposals, of the revised proposed Order, of the Council's Statement of reasons for making the Order, and of other relevant documents includ-ing the proposal of 08 May 2025, may be obtained by contacting traffic.orders@camden.gov.uk or inspected either: online at camden.gov.uk/recently-advertised-proposals or by prior ap-pointment, in person at 5 Pancras Square, London, N1C 4AG during normal office hours.

4. Any person wishing to object or make representations in respect of the revised proposals should send comments in writing, quoting reference ‘TMO2425-0021(R)’ and giving reasons for any objection, to the e-mail address above or by post to ‘FREEPOST LBC TRANSPORT STRAT-EGY’, to be received by the end of 07 November 2025.
