Notice is hereby given by the general partner, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2025, L3 Harris Pension Master Trust (the "Transferor") transferred its interest as a limited partner in Stirling Square Capital Partners Second Fund (VCOC) Limited Partnership (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP012517, to Strategic Partners IX Investments – D L.P. which has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership.
