Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Tiera Capital S.C.A., SICAR - Actis Global 4 Sub-Fund (the “Transferor”) transferred 100% of its interest in Actis Global 4 A LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014800 (the “Partnership”), to ACE Secondary Investments GP Ltd. acting as general partner for and on behalf of ACE Secondary Investments VII L.P. (the “Transferee”). As a result of the transfer, the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
