1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to make changes in the following locations;

Clapton Square:

a. Replace a section of the resident permit bay outside Nos. 20 to 25 Clapton Square with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

b. Replace the shared use parking bay outside Nos. 1 to 8 Cavendish Mansions with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

c. Replace the shared use parking bay outside Nos. 9 to 16 Cavendish Mansions with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

d. Replace 2x 5m sections at the eastern and western ends of the shared use parking bay at the northern side of the play area with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

e. Replace the shared use parking bay outside Nos. 9 to 16 St Johns Mansions with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

f. Replace all three shared use parking bays outside Nos. 38 to 70 Clapton Square with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

g. Replace both of the shared use parking bays on the west side of the play area with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

h. Replace a section of the resident permit bay outside Nos. 18 and 19 Clapton Square with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

Clarence Place:

a. Replace the Monday to Saturday 8.30 am to 6.30pm waiting restriction at the side of No. 78 Clarence Road with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

b. Add double kerb blips, no loading “at any time” restrictions to the northern kerb between the junction of Clarence Road and No. 1a Clarence Place.

c. Replace the shared use bay at the side of No. 76 Clarence Road with double yellow lines, no waiting “at any time” restrictions.

d. Add double kerb blips, no loading “at any time” restrictions to the southern kerb between the junction of Clarence Road and Clarence Mews.

Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to consultation.parking@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
