Notice is hereby given that as from 30th September 2025 Peter Jonathan Cunliffe retired as a partner from, and ceased to be held out as a partner in, the partnership of Fieldings Porter Solicitors, an English partnership having its principal place of business at 32 Silverwell Street, Bolton, Greater Manchester, BL1 1PT. The remaining partners will continue in business practicing from the same address.

As Senior Partner I confirm that all partners agree with the change.
