Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Álvaro Grande, Ana Isabel Garrido, Anthony Loizeau, Camilo Bertin, Daniel Muchelas, Daniel Sarefjord, Gabino Sánchez, Jeremy Benamou, Jorge Vallejo Velazquez, Juan Antonio del Río, Luis Quintino, Manuel García Beneroso, Santiago Rubio Bakaikoa, and Steven Bols (the “Transferors”) have each transferred rights, title and interests with respect to certain of their partnership interests in JSA Investments L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP017357 (the “Partnership”) to Computershare Trustees (Jersey) Limited (in its capacity as trustee of the Verisure Employee Benefit Trust) (the “Transferee”) and the Transferee has been admitted as a new limited partner in the Partnership. The Transferees will continue to be limited partners in the Partnership, but their respective capital contributions have been reduced.
