I would like to inform you that the cash in this case totalling £1,365.01 was seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act on Friday 10th October 2024 and an application for its forfeiture has been submitted. The hearing is listed on Wednesday 5th December 2025 at 10 am at Birmingham Magistrates Court, Victoria Law Courts, 1 Newton Street, Birmingham B4 7NA, should you wish to attend to contest the application.
