NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to article 158(3) of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991 (as amended), that on 18 September 2025, the Royal Court of Jersey (the “Court”) ordered that the Company be placed into creditors winding up and that Philip David Reynolds of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, 37 Esplanade, St Helier, Jersey, JE4 8WQ, be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company (the “Joint Liquidators”), for the purpose of the winding up of the Company.

All persons having claims against the Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidators at the address below not later than 31 October 2025. A proof of debt form is available from the Liquidators upon request.
