Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, effective as of 8 September 2025 (the “Effective Date”) TriSpan Investments Ltd has withdrawn from TRISPAN OF 09 INVESTMENTS (UK) LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP024213 (the “Partnership”), as general partner and has accordingly ceased to be a general partner of the Partnership and TriSpan OF Sharp GP LLP has been appointed as a general partner of the Partnership as of the Effective Date.
