Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Bridgepoint Advisers Holdings transferred 33.3% of their interest in Bridgepoint Europe VII F L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with the registration number LP 023566 (the “Partnership”), to Bridgepoint Generations Sub-Aggregator – I, SCSp on 01 October 2025. They then transferred their remaining interest in the Partnership to Treasurer of the State of North Carolina on 10 October 2025.

As a result of such transfers, i) Bridgepoint Generations Sub-Aggregator – I, SCSp; and ii) Treasurer of the State of North Carolina were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Bridgepoint Advisers Holdings ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
