Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, on 01 October 2025, Bridgepoint Advisers Holdings transferred 100% of their interest in BG II ‘D’ LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with the registration number LP 024305 (the “Partnership”), to Bridgepoint Generations Sub-Aggregator – I, SCSp, effective from 01 October 2025.

As a result of such transfer, Bridgepoint Generations Sub-Aggregator – I, SCSp was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Bridgepoint Advisers Holdings ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
