IN PURSUANCE of the powers granted by Section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006 THE DUCHY SOLICITOR as nominee for THE KING'S MOST EXCELLENT MAJESTY IN RIGHT OF HIS DUCHY OF LANCASTER (the property and rights of the Company having vested in the Duchy of Lancaster pursuant to Section 1012 of the Companies Act 2006 when the Company was dissolved on the Dissolution Date) HEREBY DISCLAIMS the title of The King's Most Excellent Majesty in Right of His Duchy of Lancaster (if any) in the Property the vesting of the Property having come to the Duchy Solicitor's notice on 3 January 2025.
