Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Trustees of the DNB Bank Retirement & Death Benefits Plan (the “Trustees”) are winding up the DNB Bank Retirement & Death Benefits Plan (the “Plan”).

Any creditor, member or beneficiary of the Plan or any other person who believes they have a claim against, or entitlement to a pension or any benefit from, or an interest in the Plan is requested to write to the Trustee: by email to tracey.holland@dnb.no or in writing to Mrs Tracey Holland, DNB Bank ASA London Branch, 8th Floor, The Walbrook Building, 25 Walbrook, London, EC4N 8AF.

Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth, NI number and, if applicable, dates of employment. If any other person believes they have a claim against or an interest in the Plan, they are requested to write to the same address setting out full particulars of their claim. Please quote the Plan name in all correspondence.

All claims must be received by 31 December 2025. After the expiry of this notice on 31 December 2025, the Trustees will proceed to complete the wind-up of the Plan and secure benefits for any remaining beneficiaries, having regard only to claims and interests of which the Trustees have received prior notice. The Trustee will not be liable to or in respect of any person whose claims and demands they had not had notice.

Any individuals who have already been contacted by the Trustees at their current address or has already made a claim and received a response does not need to re-apply to the Trustees. It would also be helpful if you can bring this notice to the attention of anyone else you know of who may have a claim or interest.
