Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 30 September 2025 (the “Effective Date”), in respect of TDR Capital Algeco/Scotsman L.P., a limited partnership registered in England with registration number LP012515 (the “Partnership”), QS PDI INC (the “Transferor”) transferred the whole of its interest to QS PDI S.à r.l. (the “Transferee”).

As a consequence of such transfer, as of the Effective Date, the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and the Transferor ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
