“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Lawrence King (IP No. 10452) and Matthew Waghorn (IP No. 9432) both of Antony Batty & Co, Thames Valley, The Wooden Barn, Barclay Farm, Little Baldon, Oxford, OX44 9PU be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute any of the Company’s assets in specie.”
