A Petition to wind up the above-named company of EASTCROFT (GUILDFORD) MANAGEMENT LIMITED (Company) Number 02304506 of Registered Office 4a Quarry Street, Guildford, GU1 3TY presented on 1 July 2025 by Mr Alastair Richardson claiming to be a creditor of the Company, was advertised in The London Gazette on 15 August 2025 and was heard at Guildford County Court at The Law Courts, Mary Road, Guildford, GU1 4PS on 15 September 2025.

Upon hearing the Petitioner in person, hearing representatives for Eastcroft Guildford Management Limited, and hearing Counsel for Eastcroft Guildford Management Limited and upon reading the evidence it was determined by the judge that:

1. The Petition be dismissed.

2. The Petitioner shall pay the Defendants costs of the Petition, to be assessed on the standard basis if not agreed.
