A petition to wind up Nova Optima Media Limited, whose registered office is at Office 4, 219 Kensington High Street, London, W8 6BD (and formerly at Britannic House, 18-20 Dunstable Road, Luton, LU1 1DY), presented on 15 September 2025 by STEEL CITY CONSULTING LIMITED (Company Number: 11429837), of Studio 1 Sum Studios, 1 Hartley Street, Heeley, Sheffield, S2 3AQ (the Petitioner), will be heard at Luton County Court, Luton Justice Centre, Floors 4 & 5, Arndale House, Luton Point, Luton LU1 2EN on 30 April 2026 at 10:00am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
