NOTICE is hereby given that Matthew Aidan Tucker of Leonard Curtis Jersey Limited of Osprey House, 5-7 Old Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE2 3RF and Helen Janes of Bae Bach Limited, 3rd Floor, Ritter House, PO Box 3189, Road Town, Tortola VG1110, British Virgin Islands were jointly appointed as Liquidators of the Company by qualifying resolution passed at a properly constituted meeting of the Company on 8th October 2025 pursuant to Section 159(2) of the Insolvency Act 2003 (“the Act”).

NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 179(1) of the Insolvency Act 2003, that a meeting of creditors of the Company will be held at the offices of Bae Bach Limited of 3rd Floor, Ritter House, Road Town, Tortola, BVI, VG1110 (“Bae Bach”) on 19th November 2025 at 9am (Eastern time), for the purposes provided for in Sections 179(3) and (4) of the Act.

Any creditor wishing to attend this meeting must submit a R184 Claim Form and a Proxy Form (if they wish to appoint a proxy to represent them at the meeting) to the offices of Bae Bach no later than 12 noon on 12th November 2025 (Eastern time). Claims may be lodged via email to helen@littlebayconsulting.com. The R184 Claim Form and Proxy Form are available upon request from the offices of Bae Bach.

Any creditor wishing to attend this meeting via teleconference can request such details via email to helen@littlebayconsulting.com

For the purposes of voting, a secured creditor is required (unless he surrenders his security) to lodge at the offices of Bae Bach before the meeting, a statement giving particulars of his security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed. The statement may also be lodged via email to helen@littlebayconsulting.com.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that before the date of the meeting of the creditors, any creditor may request to be provided with a list of names and addresses of the Company’s creditors and such information concerning the affairs of the Company as is available, which may be obtained by applying to Bae Bach Limited by telephone on +1 284 340 0104 or by email to helen@littlebayconsulting.com.
