1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hounslow propose to make the above-mentioned Orders, under Sections 6 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of these Orders would be to:

(a) make the following school streets amendments:

(i) for the existing school streets associated with Orchard Primary School, Hounslow, amend the restriction on motor vehicles accessing Benham Gardens and Orchard Road during school start and finish times, Monday to Friday 8.15-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm;

(ii) for the existing school streets associated with Isleworth Town Primary School, Hounslow, amend the restriction on motor vehicles accessing Ferney Meade Way, Linkfield Road, Mandeville Road, Smallberry Avenue, Teck Close, Thackeray Close, Town Field Way and White Lodge Close during school start and finish times, Monday to Friday 8.15-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm;

(iii) for the existing school streets associated with Smallberry Green Primary School, Hounslow, amend the restriction on motor vehicles accessing Old Pound Close and Turnpike Way during school start and finish times, Monday to Friday 8.15-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm;

(iv) for the school streets associated with Berkeley Academy School, Hounslow, introduce a restriction on motor vehicles accessing Fairmead Close, and Whytecroft during school start and finish times, Monday to Friday 8.15-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm;

(v) for the school street associated with Grove Road Primary School, Hounslow, introduce a restriction on motor vehicles accessing Albion Road, Cromwell Road, Grove Road, Inverness Road, Nicholes Road, Penderel Road, Roseville Avenue, Rossindel Road, St Aubyn’s Avenue, Victoria Avenue and Wellington Avenue during school start and finish times, Monday to Friday 8.15-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm;

(vi) for the school streets associated with Isleworth Town Primary School, Isleworth, introduce a restriction on motor vehicles accessing Kendall Road, Linkfield Road (extended to its junction with Twickenham Road), Lismore Close and Mill Plat Avenue during school start and finish times, Monday to Friday 8.15-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm; and

(vii) for the school streets associated with The Rosary Catholic Primary School, Hounslow, introduce a restriction on motor vehicles accessing The Green during school start and finish times, Monday to Friday 8.15-9.15am and 2.45-3.45pm.

3. Documents giving further information of the proposed Orders and raised table can be viewed for a period of 21 days from the date of this Notice online at hounslow.gov.uk by typing in the term “traffic notices” in the search bar and at Hounslow Library, Hounslow House First Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB or at The Reception of Hounslow House, Ground Floor, 7 Bath Road, TW3 3EB on Mondays and Thursdays between 9.30am and 8pm, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays between 9.30am and 5.30pm or on Sundays between 11.30am and 4.00pm.

4. Any person wishing to object to the proposals should send a statement in writing stating the grounds of their objection to the Acting Assistant Director for Traffic, Transport and Parking, Hounslow House, 7 Bath Road, Hounslow, Middlesex TW3 3EB or via email to trafficorders@hounslow.gov.uk quoting the reference TMO/P047/25, to be received no later than 21 November 2025.
